NoFeeMusic User Agreement
Simple, readable, and blessedly short.
Last updated: Whenever we last made it better.
What this is
NoFeeMusic provides background music for cafés, bars and restaurants in Australia.
You pay a yearly fee. We give you access to curated playlists. You press play. Life continues.
By using NoFeeMusic, you agree to the below. It's all pretty reasonable.
What you can do
- Play NoFeeMusic music in your venue as background music
- Stream it via our link or approved playback method
- Let your staff control playback (within reason and good taste)
That's it. That's the whole point.
What you can't do
- Use the music in ads, videos, social media, or anything public-facing outside your venue
- Sell, share, copy, or redistribute the music
- Pretend you made it (even if you wish you had)
- Upload it somewhere else or build your own “NoFeeMusic but cheaper” empire
How the licence works
- One fee per venue, per year
- No subscription traps, no sneaky renewals
- If you don't renew, access stops — simple as that
Ownership & rights
All music is owned by NoFeeMusic.
There are no external rights holders, no royalty chains, and no hidden licensing surprises.
That's why you can play it in your venue without needing additional licences for this music.
Technical reality
We aim for smooth, uninterrupted playback.
Occasionally, technology may behave like technology.
If something breaks, we fix it. If the internet dies, that's between you and your router.
Common sense clause
Use the service like a normal, reasonable human running a venue.
If something feels like a loophole, it probably isn't allowed.
Liability (the boring but necessary bit)
NoFeeMusic isn't liable for:
- internet issues
- speaker mishaps
- existential crises caused by track 7 on repeat
Our total liability is limited to what you paid us.
Location
NoFeeMusic is designed for use in Australia.
If you're streaming it from a beach in Italy, we're impressed — but that's not the intended use.
Changes
We may improve or tweak the service over time.
We won't suddenly turn it into something annoying.

We'll reply like normal humans.
You run the venue. We handle the music. The licensing people go bother someone else.
